My light stopped working for no reason never got wet sent a text to uv and within the same day they took care of me and had a new light the same week
My light went out between bear season and deer season and I didn't catch it. 1st deer hunting night i noticed it was dead, the light died. I sent UV an email about the product going down and they didn't even respond they just immediately dropped a new light cartridge into the mail. I had it in 3 days. Superior customer service. My only complaint on the light is that when it lights up the bubble it is very bright (good/bad). Because the bubble breaks the shroud of the scope the light from the bubble on each end it is very visible in the tree. It got me busted by a doe when i was swinging to the weak side for a shot... she just could not figure out what it was. I actually took a sharpie to darken them out after that. I think that would be the only recommendation i would have for the product. see pic
The battery chamber malfunctioned on my light cartridge. I sent a warranty claim and had a new one within a few days. Great service and a great product!
My light cartridge butyons went out and the UV staff sent me a new one under warranty super fast with the season upon us. Thank you. The new one is working flawlessly.
