Start Return Process

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

To initiate a return with ULTRAVIEW, please ensure you notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. We accept returns for any reason, excluding damage caused by the customer. If the product was purchased from a ULTRAVIEW retailer, they are required to adhere to our 14-day return policy. Please note that we only process returns for products purchased directly from ULTRAVIEW.

For customers within the US, we will provide a return shipping label. However, for international customers, the responsibility for shipping costs lies with the customer.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale.

Upon receipt of your return, we will conduct an inspection and notify you via email. Following the inspection, we will inform you of the refund approval status. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 1-5 business days.

EXLUSIONS

Gift cards and downloadable software products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
