Return & Refund Policy

If you’d like to return a product, please reach out within 14 days of receiving your order. We accept returns for any reason, as long as the product isn’t damaged due to misuse.

We can only accept returns for items purchased directly from ULTRAVIEW. If you bought your product from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly. We recommend they follow the same 14-day return window.

Please note: UV1K Arrows may only be returned if they are unused, in original packaging, and with safety seals fully intact. Used or damaged arrows will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender.

US Customers

We’ll send you a prepaid return label to make the process simple.

International Customers:

You’ll need to cover the return shipping costs.

Returned items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and email you with the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued within 1 to 5 business days.
