RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Only products originally sold by ULTRAVIEW or an authorized distributor of ULTRAVIEW products will be considered for return to ULTRAVIEW. You must notify ULTRAVIEW of Your intent to return a product within 14 days of Your receipt of the product.  We will accept Your return for any reason other than damage to or destruction of the product for which You are responsible.  

ULTRAVIEW will provide you with a return shipping label if You are returning the product from inside the United States.  If You are returning an ULTRAVIEW product from outside the United States, You will be responsible for all costs associated with shipping the product back to ULTRAVIEW.  To be eligible for a refund, all products returned to ULTRAVIEW must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, ULTRAVIEW will send You an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  ULTRAVIEW will inspect the product and will notify you of the approval of Your refund. If Your refund is approved, Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-5 business days.

EXLUSIONS

Gift cards and downloadable software products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
