Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed by 2 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be processed the following business day. We do not ship on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

Please note: Expedited services such as Next-Day Air are only fulfilled Monday through Thursday to ensure proper delivery timing and avoid weekend delays.

Domestic Shipping

We ship domestically via UPS and USPS, including to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. Multiple shipping speeds are available at checkout.

Dealer orders (B2B) may be subject to tiered shipping rates based on order weight.

International Shipping

International shipping is available via UPS, USPS, and DHL. Rates vary based on destination, carrier, and total package weight. Some international orders may require contacting customer service for a quoted rate.

For international shipments, the recipient is solely responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, import fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country’s customs authority. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs charged by ULTRAVIEW and may be required at the time of delivery.

Please contact your local customs office for detailed information on potential charges or import restrictions that may apply to your shipment. ULTRAVIEW is not responsible for any delays, holds, or additional fees incurred due to customs processing.

Tracking & Delivery Support

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. While we do not currently offer on-site tracking, you may reference your tracking link or contact our customer service team for updates.

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact our support team so we can assist you promptly.
