Had issues with light cartridge. Ultra view was very professional and quick to fix problem. I will recommend and keep using product. They stand behind their product.

Low Battery Life
Very low battery life - I find that it is about 20 hours, maybe a little less, and it is quite annoying having to constantly replace batteries.
